Because immigration is inherently international, your data may be securely transferred to authorities located outside Kenya:

  • Visa Application Centers (VACs): Authorized biometric service partners (e.g. VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International).
  • Accredited Overseas Employers: For work abroad programs, only after candidate approval and in compliance with NEA guidelines.
  • No Commercial Sale: VisaPortal Solutions Ltd. never sells, rents, or monetizes your personal or contact details to third-party advertisers.

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, restricted access controls, and audited cloud storage.

Retention Period: We retain case files and client records for a minimum duration required to complete the application process and comply with statutory accounting and regulatory audit requirements (typically 5 to 7 years following case closure), after which electronic records are securely expunged and physical copies shredded.

Under Kenyan law and international privacy principles, you have the right to:

Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right of Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete records.
